Bunker & Marine Fuel
Methanol
Methanol is an energy-sector product used for fuel, chemical-feedstock and marine-energy applications and traded against an agreed grade and test specification. Commercial selection should define grade, laboratory parameters, volume, delivery basis, inspection position, receiving vessel or terminal, documentation and destination.
Young Agro structures Methanol enquiries around grade, laboratory parameters, volume, delivery basis, inspection position, receiving vessel or terminal, documentation and destination before pricing, availability and delivery are discussed. Final specification, availability and commercial terms remain subject to the buyer's request, supporting documents and agreed contract.
Specifications are commercial references and remain subject to contract, inspection and shipment confirmation.
COMMERCIAL DELIVERY FRAMEWORK
Trade process
Delivery terms are selected for the exact product, transport mode, destination, contract and compliance requirements. Final responsibilities, costs and risk transfer are defined in the signed sale contract.
Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF)
For an agreed named destination port, the seller arranges and pays for carriage and the required insurance cover. Delivery, risk transfer, documents and discharge responsibilities remain subject to the agreed Incoterms® 2020 rule and contract.
Free On Board (FOB)
For an agreed named loading port, the seller delivers the goods on board the buyer-nominated vessel. The buyer arranges the main carriage and insurance after the contractual transfer point.
Tanker Take Over (TTO)
A specialist bulk-liquid transaction structure involving an agreed transfer of operational or commercial control for a loaded tanker. It is considered only when relevant and after vessel, title, authority, documentation and compliance checks.
Tanker-to-Tanker Transfer (TTT)
A specialist bulk-liquid transfer between vessels or tanks under an agreed operating procedure. It is considered only when relevant and subject to terminal, vessel, safety, custody-transfer and regulatory approval.
Oil & Gas note: Every transaction remains subject to independent verification of seller authority, product title, inspection, vessel or terminal capability, sanctions screening, banking route and contract documentation.
METHANOL COMMERCIAL SUPPLY DISCUSSION
Structure a verified Methanol supply transaction.
State the grade, volume, delivery basis, destination, inspection position and transaction documentation. Young Agro will review the Methanol request against the applicable commercial and compliance process.
